The terms on which this website is published. Services are governed by a separate written agreement.
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern the use of IDCanopy services: those are provided only under a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies. Who operates this website is set out on the legal notice page.
Everything published here is general information about what IDCanopy does. It is not advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on this website creates a contract, a warranty, or an assurance about a particular result.
You may read this website, print pages from it, and quote from it with a source reference and a link. You may not use it in a way that interferes with its operation or with other visitors, attempt to reach systems behind it, or extract its content systematically for republication or for training a machine learning system, without our written consent.
The IDCanopy name and logo, and the names of our products, identify our own goods and services. Names, logos and marks of other companies that appear on this website belong to their owners and are used only to refer to them.
Links to sites we do not operate are offered for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Following such a link is your decision.
We may change, move or withdraw any part of this website at any time, and we do not promise that it will be available without interruption. Pages that describe products describe them as they stand when written; products develop, and the site follows.
To the extent Austrian law permits, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, other than for personal injury and in the other cases where the law does not allow it to be excluded.
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. For disputes with businesses, the court with jurisdiction at the seat of IDCanopy FlexCo in Vienna is competent.
How this website handles personal data is described on the privacy policy page.
